What according to you guys is the best phone for travel photography.

Do share some pictures from your phone, I would like to see, along with phone name.

Currently, I'm using IPhone 6.(16 gigs)

I have Nikon D5200, which I never use.

Yesterday, I saw a conversation in WhatsApp group,
Along with it Amazon + Flipkart deals ignited a spark in me to purchase a new phone.

Primary requirement : Travel photography

lol,
I'm in same dilemma.

My one plus 3T, successfully completed 2 years.

Can still use it for 1 more year, but the camera on it is pathetic.

Lens is completely blurred, due to some issue.

Also, I have planned to upgrade my camera kit from D3200 to full frame.

Due to budget constraints, I backed out.

Considered GoPro Hero 7 for easy of use.

But i couldn't find any use case compared to mobile.

Now there are plenty of discounts going on,
I'm considering following options, based on Camera.

1. Pixel 3

2. IPhone X

3. Samsung Note 9

4. One plus(6/6T)

Samsung S9(taken during meetup)

wow, those pictures look better than my D5200.

I can see lot of noise on second picture. (due to Samsung Image sharpening) , I'm seeing this on a laptop.

May be in mobile, noise wont be visible.

First picture is too good, excellent details.

Major issue with Mobile photography is during low light conditions.

HDR mode helped to overcome this issue to the certain extent.

I would suggest you to get a phone from Pixel lineup.
If your primary requirement is camera.

OnePlus 6/6T is value for money. Excellent package.

Taken this picture using Google night sight.

Missed on the focus points but the image itself is very impressive.

Please share some more night shots.

Heard it is great feature from the YouTube reviews.

If it can it give 50% of DSLR, it will be a great achievement.

i have a polo coming along with is, so I’m having my doubts considering the current weather conditions

@sagar it was heavily raining from last few days. It will be difficult to reach water body

Hyderabad to Hamsaladeevi Beach - A hidden Paradise

After a long wait for the December trip, we kick started our vacation to the most beautiful Hamsaladeevi beach located in the Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh.

Usually many of them skip this place due to lack of accommodation, but you will find a decent stay in Vijayawada which is around 80 kms approximately from Hamsaladeevi. It is definitely worth travelling so far to see the beauty of this Sagara Sangamam, where river Krishna meets the Bay of Bengal.

We started at an early hour from Hyderabad and reached Vijayawada by 10 AM and checked into the OYO hotel. There are no food joints available at Hamsaladeevi beach so we packed the lunch from the hotel and headed out. Vijayawada to Hamsaladeevi drive took us 3 hours with some breaks.

Hamsaladeevi village is 24 kms away from Avanigadda and we reached Hamsaladeevi by 3 PM. After a long drive from Hyderabad, there was an adrenaline rush gushing out to see this most beautiful place and couldn't wait to snap the sandy beach and the 'river-beach' meeting point. This point is 2 km away from the beach (From Hamsaladeevi village, beach is 4 kms) and we drove our car on the beach side shore to the port to see the confluence.

      Distance : 376 km
      Ride: Honda City
      Fuel : Petrol
      Mileage : 15 kmpl
Hotel : OYO rooms (2000/- per night)

      Best Route 2016
      Hyderabad --> Suryapet --> Vijayawada -->Pedapulipaka --> Madduru --> Thotlavalluru --> Nimmagadda --> Avanigadda --> Nagayalanka --> Chodavaram --> Hamsaladeevi Beach

Note: Don't take any diversions from the mentioned route else you might end up between bad conditioned roads and longer distances as you pass
