Bidar fort has massive ruins, would be under 150 Kilometers from Hyderabad.

Bidar Fort, Bahmani Tombs, Choukhandi can be visited during the weekend.

This weekend(Sunday) we are planning to drive to Srisailam.

 

It is going to be a day drive.

 

Start time 7:30am

 

Meetup point : Gachibowli ORR entrance.

 

Climate is promising.

Not yet decided on any location.
Plan is to start at 7 am, explore some place, have breakfast and come back by 10/11 am.

Place should be under 100 kilometers.

 

If you guys have any suggestions, please let me know. 
We will discuss and finalize on some place.

Our theme would be exploring some place and then food. Not only going for food.. you know any place that we can explore near to it?

Location : Singur Dam

Distance : 92 Kilometers (one way)

when: August 5th (Saturday)
 

Plan :

1.Meetup at 6:45 am, (Please be on time, we will be starting at sharp 7 AM)

Tips

  • No overtaking, Make sure you stay at your designated position(details are given below) in the Convoy. 
  • Please maintain safe distance from the car ahead of you, No tailgating.
  • Slow down at village crossings. 
  • Make sure you fuel up today itself, We wont be having any fuel stop.
  • Carry umbrellas/Raincoats

Note : Chances of finding a decent restroom is tough at Singur Dam.

4) You need to follow the designated convoy position and keep safe distance from the adjacent cars.

5) No compromise on safety at any time seat belts are a must!, always use indicators for lane change.

6) Kindly avoid 'free-play' and 'show-off' during the trip - follow the Marshal's instructions at all times.

7) Carry enough water / refreshments / drinks for self and passengers.

8) Driving members can bring up to 3 guests. We encourage families.

9) You are required to confirm compliance to the conditions for this trip before we can register your RSVP.

10) Acceptance of your RSVP is only notional, and the organizers reserve the right to select the final list of attendees.

11) The organizers do not hold any responsibility for loss or damage of property (vehicle, gear etc.).

Bogatha is almost 300+ kms from Hyderabad. Weekend drive for one day may be too hectic, road conditions are also not good from Hyderabad to warangal with lot of diversions..!!

Not able to sleep after seeing the Koilsagar meet up pictures :-p

Agree on this point. Drive time is around 6 hours.
We will loose around 12 hours driving to and fro.
Without a stay it is going to be hectic.

As sagar suggested, During monsoon, place is completely wet, It will be tough for the cars to drive around.
Lets wait till monsoon end and we shall defiantly plan a drive again.
