Hallmark builders are pretty good in construction quality and timely delivery. 
they have their reputation,. You could go for it..

When it is Coming from a trusted reputed builders, you can take a chance. May be if you could visit their office, you will get a clearer picture

The builder has finished multiple projects in Hyderabad and are very good. Did you meet the marketing person? Who quoted 4,200? Please share the contact number if any?

Few points about this project.

Hallmark builders were previously small, they had completed multiple standalone projects in Alkapur Township.

Their biggest project which they say as completed is Hallmark emperia, I visited this venture and to my surprise they had maintained it in bad condition and construction is still in progress. If I need to invest in their next project just based on this then I wouldn't invest.

 

Having said that, covid has also impacted many builders so emperia might be the one which got impacted by covid but since these ppl are new to big gated projects kindly invest with caution. 

 

I have visited their office at Hallmark Sunny side venture.

 

Project approvals are still pending but project location is good.

is this from Hallmark? Because i am seeing "HALLMARK RAGHAVA INFRA" as new company that is established in Feb 2021 and not sure if this is same or sister company of Hallmark.

Much before this project on the same road, we got Phoenix / Sreeneidhi highrise in 19acres, and that project seems comparatively better as it has big builder and location has 2 side 100 feet road..pricing is much better.. we got a grp deal though
