Not sure what the previous/other name was. But the project includes 46 floors twin residential towers (Interconnected at the top) & a 30 floors commercial tower.

Just heard that Manjeera is going to be developing one of those 3 extra land parcels marked in the masterplan. The other two parcels belong to Apurupa Constructions & IRA themselves (Apart from the main 13 acre parcel) who are planning a 48 floors ultra luxury residential tower(s) with one or two units per floor.

Even I have the information on this project as per the above mentioned details. Never knew about Manjeera California. 
 

They are ready for launch next month for a price of 8000 per Sft.
