How the market in and around Kokapet? Any impact due to WFH?

This is coming up in one of the prime locations.. It is coming up with 4 towers.. As per RERA it supposed to get finished by the end of 2023.. 

 

The running price that they claim currently is 6,200 per sft. I’m sure it is negotiable..

Booked a flat in this project 

 

Price : 6k 

 

Latest update 

tower 1 & 4 are almost closed only available in top floors and you will end up paying floor rise of RS 20/ floor from second floor.

Tower 2 they are starting with a base price of Rs.6400 / sq feet.

Tower 3 they are not opening within  next 4 - 5 months and they are planning to open tower 3 with starting price over 7500 per sq feet

 

Need any help or references to book a flat please let me.

Now the market is very good and people are more curious and active to invest in real estate and kokapet is one the prime and very attractive location

During my visit last week, they were still in the excavation stage. What was the promised time of possession during your purchase?
