Note: Lockdown is over not the Pandemic. We request travelers to follow all safety measures.

We have taken at most care like,

-          Used personal car for all drive.

-          Carried homemade food and water during all travel.

-          Used face mask and sanitizers wherever required.

-          Avoided crowded places. Planned travel on weekdays

My companion in travel.

-       Car Baleno Zeta CVT – reliable partner.

-       Smartphone Poco f1 – all the photos were taken with it.

Difficulty level:

-       No problem for elders and kids.

-       During rain area becomes slippery. So be careful.

Road conditions:

-       Roads are good for Jagtap water fall, Bendewadi water fall and Thokarwadi dam.

Best time to visit:

-       The monsoon (Jul-Sept) is the best season to visit the place with family and tourists will not regret having chosen the destination.

-       If you hate crowed and wants to enjoy peacefully then plan trip on weekdays.

Thokarwadi dam* location: https://goo.gl/maps/oG5bdkkjicYW2wfu8

*Main entry to the dam is closed due to Covid19. One can access the backwater.

‘Kyu daarein zindagi me kya hoga,

Kuch nahi hoga to tajurba hoga’

Our idea of exploring unseen spots leads us to above points. And it was failed mission. Jagtap & Bendewadi water fall was closed due to less water and Covid19 where as access to dam was denied due to Covid19.

But in route to these points we saw few beautiful location and we enjoyed that.

Jagtap water fall. Located at a distance of 58kms from Pune and about 120 kms from Mumbai, these waterfalls between Mau Village and Khandi village near Pune are not very popular but are worth a visit in Monsoon. From Pune : Take the Old Pune-Mumbai Highway and at Kanhe Phata (after Dehu Road and Vadgaon), take a left turn at Kanhe Phata (there is an Arc (Khaman)) on the road indicating the place. Travel for 13kms passing Jambul, Takawe Budruk, Falne and 3 kms after Mau village, you will find Jagtap Waterfalls on the road side.

The 13kms stretch from Kanhe Phata, the road has potholes at intermittent places but it is travelable in Monsoon.

The nearest railway station is Kanhe at a distance of 13 kms from the first waterfall near Mau Village.

Nearest Airport is at Pune which is at a distance of 58 kms from the waterfalls.

The display board at the entrance to the Jagtap waterfalls says it is for 'families only'. There is also a charge for entering into the waterfall area. Parking facilities are available.

Bendewadi water fall & Thokarwadi dam are very near to Jagtap water fall and can be done in 1 day.

That’s a really good point you are aiming at and no doubt you’ve already become a good travel influencer by sharing such really valuable information about each and every place you travel. Nothing can beat that. Make sure you always have a dash cam prefixed in your car and also a gimble to handle record seem less footages while you do treks to reach some view points.

You sure are hitting the right spot and we’re all in to support you in reaching your goals. Waiting for your vlogs... Keep sharing and cheers!

Hyderabad to Hamsaladeevi Beach - A hidden Paradise

After a long wait for the December trip, we kick started our vacation to the most beautiful Hamsaladeevi beach located in the Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh.

Usually many of them skip this place due to lack of accommodation, but you will find a decent stay in Vijayawada which is around 80 kms approximately from Hamsaladeevi. It is definitely worth travelling so far to see the beauty of this Sagara Sangamam, where river Krishna meets the Bay of Bengal.

We started at an early hour from Hyderabad and reached Vijayawada by 10 AM and checked into the OYO hotel. There are no food joints available at Hamsaladeevi beach so we packed the lunch from the hotel and headed out. Vijayawada to Hamsaladeevi drive took us 3 hours with some breaks.

Hamsaladeevi village is 24 kms away from Avanigadda and we reached Hamsaladeevi by 3 PM. After a long drive from Hyderabad, there was an adrenaline rush gushing out to see this most beautiful place and couldn't wait to snap the sandy beach and the 'river-beach' meeting point. This point is 2 km away from the beach (From Hamsaladeevi village, beach is 4 kms) and we drove our car on the beach side shore to the port to see the confluence.

      Distance : 376 km
      Ride: Honda City
      Fuel : Petrol
      Mileage : 15 kmpl
Hotel : OYO rooms (2000/- per night)

      Best Route 2016
      Hyderabad --> Suryapet --> Vijayawada -->Pedapulipaka --> Madduru --> Thotlavalluru --> Nimmagadda --> Avanigadda --> Nagayalanka --> Chodavaram --> Hamsaladeevi Beach

Note: Don't take any diversions from the mentioned route else you might end up between bad conditioned roads and longer distances as you pass
