I have come across a new venture by Hallmark builders in Kollur. They are surely the reputed builders in the industry.

Yes they have already started booking. Few of the website shows price to be 3500/ sqft + 5lakh amenities.

Hallmark construction is usually good, only problem is with the delays.

I guess there should not be a problem from air quality. Kollur has good amount of greenery. 

Personally, I have visited this Kollur numerous times. Did not find any industries in this area.

This area is definitely a good buy.. 5 years down the line, You will notice a lot for ventures rising in this area. Considering the New IT SEZ under development around Kokapet, Kollur is about 15 mins drive towards this with projects coming up for a decent price. Over all this, Hallmark are a reputed builders in the city and this project is expected to be handed over by the mid of 2023..

Now from Kollur exit, we dont have a proper road towards gaudium school due to railway track. Any ideas if a proper connectivity will be established?

Right now, Kokapet IT SEZ is in progress. 
You will soon notice the Kollur IT SEZ being developed which has already been approved. And Kollur is closer to Tellapur. 
You will surely see a rapid rise in Kollur and Tellapur with in the next 5 years.

Work is still under progress, not sure how many days it is going to take.
I think it completely depends on people movement.

Hallmark builders usually handover the projects on time and the construction progress is happening at a good rate.. You can expect it to be finished by the end of next year.

Hallmark is previously behind the schedule like any other builder. I think they should be good with RERA.

Hallmark is a well known builder. They did decent amount of projects in the last few years. 
You can trust them. Wort case? there may be some delays but they always deliver. 

I would suggest you check their previous sites. They have one beside MyHome Avatar. Hallmark Vicinia.
Go as a buyer and check their project.
