Hey guys this is second post in the forum. 3 months ownership report of my Golden Horse (PETROL).

This is a pre owned car bought in 2014.

My father bought it from his close friend as he was moving to Singapore.

We clocked 24000 KM in 2 years and 3000 KM in 3 months.

So this is based on my personal observations during these three months.

I've done one long trip Hyderabad to Nellore 454 KM and geeting prepared for another trip to Vishakhapatanam by the end of this month.

Coming to the point, The car never got an opportunity to hit a highway as the previous owner is mostly travelling out of country,

it's in scratchless condition.

This is the first long drive on my car.

Nothing bad to say about this car, I cruised at 110 KMPH and felt nothing unsafe and could easily touch 140KMPH and the mileage is 15KMPL .

At 140KMPH I was bit tensed and heard a lot of engine noise, Steering was slightly out of control, not at all smooth,

The engine noise was that loud that I checked the gear I thought it was in low gear.

Overall comfort is good no road noise even after 2 years[emoji3].

Coming to the features I liked the cruise control and sunroof a lot.

cruise control was blessing for me during my trip and the Air Conditioner the touch system is the worst thing, every time I change the gear my fingers touch the panel and the modes change.

Don't know why they've given that instead of something useful like the HUD, or sensing lights or wipers.

The interior quality is nice and also the exterior quality. Leg room is excellent front and rear same with the boot I always keep my seat back still there is place in the rear for a medium sized person to sit comfortably for hours.

No modifications done interior and exterior.

  • No Noise.

 Dislikes:

Not many dislikes except the air conditioning panel. Sadly Honda City facelift is also getting the same one.

This is my personal opinion and observation in 3 months compared to my Swift Dzire ZXI.

Here are few pictures.

Me too have a same car in same colour. But its a Diesel VMT one and used one too and its a 2014 one.She had run 35500 Kms when I bought her and now the odo reading is 51700 Kms.We bought her in Jul 2017 and did 16000 Kms with her till now.

Now,thinking to get her tyres changed to 195/60R15 this week, get her serviced, sunfilm'ed and alloy wheels getting painted to black.

BTW,did you get your alloy wheels painted?

You can get it done at stunnerz madhapur.
You can ask for Harish, he is Inida-Drive member.

No matter where you get your wheels paint.
They will chip of after certain period of time.

Hey really sorry for the delayed response. I don't know how but missed on the comments.

No, did not get painted. Changed my wheels from Bridgestone to Continental.

All the best with your car buddy. Write a short review on iDTEC too.
