It was around 8.30 in the morning, I woke up to see this in our WhatsApp group. A big thanks to Mr. Prashant Mathur, who shared the invitation link, location info etc:-

Thought 2 minutes about my Sunday schedule and decided to go as I cannot afford to miss such wonderful opportunity. The event was around 60 KM from my place. I Hit the ORR, reached the event place around 11, and saw it is already started:-

Went straight to the registration counter:-

Greeted with the Plastic Wristbands:-

Grabbed a cup of cold coffee at the cafeteria, as I had to wait for my turn.

This was the drive area; every car was starting from here. The display car can be seen at the extreme right:-

Went to check up the display model out there, and ended up being a poser:-?‍♂️?

To drive a car in a track, first you need to know the track. So I hoped into a car to watch the entire scene from the rear seat at least once before my turn:-

Finally, my name was announced and they asked me to come to the drive area. I hoped into the designated car and it was to time to get down to business!

There were different terrains in the circuit. Every car was accompanied by an instructor. And oh boy, oh boy!! It was super fun to drive though those hard terrains. I enjoyed driving so much that I requested them to permit for one more round, and they allowed me once again. Now let some pictures & videos do the talking (Some photos/videos are not taken by me, copyright goes to the respective owner:-

In the last video I was holding my breath rather breaks! ?

Had some quick lunch in between:-

Evening we enthusiasts were having really good discussion about cars where GM of Vibrant Ford was also there. We had a good 30-45 minutes discussion but could not even realize that. Overall, it was really awesome Sunday to spent. Got chance to meet many enthusiasts and like-minded people. A big thanks to the organizer for all the arrangements.

Beautiful. I really miss the drive. I regret missing the link... It's a dream to drive those beasts where they belong to.

Thank you for sharing the information.

Nice report Pralay.

I feel bad for missing it.

How is the overall track?

Is it Area 56?

Thanks all for your appreciation. It was indeed a good session for me atleast. I have never been so happy & energetic in the recent past at my office on a Monday, they way I was yesterday! Vitamin C (Car) effect!! ?

@Ranger Yes it was at Area 56. Bonus for us is you can drive through ORR for a good 30-45 mins to reach the place. The track was good & challenging.

Sharp Right & left angle (Descending & Ascending)

Chicken holes

Through the water, slush etc.

2nd picture what I posted, I pushed till 25 degree to the right. It was fun!

@Pralay Excellent work on the report mate.. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience on attending the drive. I couldn't make it for this drive event due to personal commitments while I so didn't want to miss it. The track looks brilliant for an experience.

@prasant Thanks much for sharing the details about the event. :)

Awesome details, I missed the message in our  group. I could have joined. :(

I have two question for you.
Will they allow our personal cars on the track? Do they provide any jeeps to explore the track?

Thanks bunch mate.. but never mind.. may be next time we are surely gonna meet! ?

Yes they allowed personal cars in the track after the event as I believe it was booked by Ford for that day. In fact, I feel some personal Endy they allowed even during the event.

The reason why they dint allow other brands is quite obvious. Apart from that, what they were telling they made the track to accommodate Endy not any other cars.

Hyderabad to Hamsaladeevi Beach - A hidden Paradise

After a long wait for the December trip, we kick started our vacation to the most beautiful Hamsaladeevi beach located in the Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh.

Usually many of them skip this place due to lack of accommodation, but you will find a decent stay in Vijayawada which is around 80 kms approximately from Hamsaladeevi. It is definitely worth travelling so far to see the beauty of this Sagara Sangamam, where river Krishna meets the Bay of Bengal.

We started at an early hour from Hyderabad and reached Vijayawada by 10 AM and checked into the OYO hotel. There are no food joints available at Hamsaladeevi beach so we packed the lunch from the hotel and headed out. Vijayawada to Hamsaladeevi drive took us 3 hours with some breaks.

Hamsaladeevi village is 24 kms away from Avanigadda and we reached Hamsaladeevi by 3 PM. After a long drive from Hyderabad, there was an adrenaline rush gushing out to see this most beautiful place and couldn't wait to snap the sandy beach and the 'river-beach' meeting point. This point is 2 km away from the beach (From Hamsaladeevi village, beach is 4 kms) and we drove our car on the beach side shore to the port to see the confluence.

      Distance : 376 km
      Ride: Honda City
      Fuel : Petrol
      Mileage : 15 kmpl
Hotel : OYO rooms (2000/- per night)

      Best Route 2016
      Hyderabad --> Suryapet --> Vijayawada -->Pedapulipaka --> Madduru --> Thotlavalluru --> Nimmagadda --> Avanigadda --> Nagayalanka --> Chodavaram --> Hamsaladeevi Beach

Note: Don't take any diversions from the mentioned route else you might end up between bad conditioned roads and longer distances as you pass
