  1. My 2 cents to the topic under discussion.. Right now, Kokapet IT SEZ is the reason behind this sudden boom in the areas like Kokapet, Mokila and Kollur. Mokila has already got good number of constructions finished, Kokapet projects are in progress where as projects in Kollur are about to start while a few have already started... my friend works in the real estate firm and has shared a lot of projects that are going to commence in Kollur. It is always a good idea to invest in prelaunch flats and plots are you end up getting everything almost for half the price by the time

  10. This is a very prime location close to the financial district as well as the new Kokapet SEZ.. Any idea about the price of this project? Any idea on work progress about this project, Year of possession etc..
  11. I have heard the change in their construction plan few months ago, is the post above shared a new plan or the old one itself..? the price proposed during that time was 4,700 per sft.

  13. Hey guys, I have received a recent update on a new project by Elite constructions who are currently doing their project in Rajendra Nagar which is close to finish.. I am sharing their brochure of their new project in Tellapur named Athulyam homes. The price per sft is 2,400 INR as a pre launch offer. I hope this helps anyone looking forward to buy a flat at a low price or for investment purpose. Their office is sited at Gachibowli

Gem Estrella Kuber is the name of the community and they have various villas in different sizes starting from 220 sq.yds starting price is 2 Cr and is a 10 min drive from Gachibowli
